For over two decades, I've had the incredible honor of guiding thousands on transformative journeys combining ancient wisdom with modern self-mastery practices. As a Certified Life Coach, Yoga Teacher Trainer, Breathwork Facilitator, Reiki Master Trainer, Sound Healer, and Mother, I've witnessed firsthand the profound impact of an integrative, holistic approach to healing & transformation.
